As of 1st of January 2008 before you can place your property on the market you must obtain written confirmation of your HIP request. It is with this in mind we aim to have any requests confirmed within minutes. We can also if required contact your Estate Agent or any other party directly of your HIP request and to confirm the target date for it's completion.

We also provide fully compliant HIP Packs (home information packs) for the sale of your property. We can also offer a partial Home Information Pack service if you prefer to commission your EPC from another supplier. Simply deduct the current EPC price shown above from the current Home
Information Pack price.
We can also arrange appointments for Home Condition Reports throughout the region as we have several consultants who are trained and accredited Home Inspectors. Prices for these reports are available on request so please contact us for a highly competitive price.
